RS232 Connectivity for Tethered Drones
The LYNX-UART-XB is an expansion board for the LYNX-OEM-3P that adds support for two channels of RS232. Seamlessly interface with remote RS232 hardware with a physical device or virtual serial drivers. Remote serial ports can be accessed through TCP, UDP, Telnet or serial port drivers. Alternatively, through port binding, two LYNX-UART-XBs may be used to form a seamless point to point RS232 connection that is completely transparent to hardware and software.
Applications:
- Aerostats
- Tethered UAVs
- Micro Gimbals
- Auto Pilots
- Remotely Operated Vehicles
- Submersibles
- Telerobotics
- Pipe Inspection
